How to connect WhatsApp to Tourpublish

Send bookable tour cards to guests and partners over WhatsApp, using your business number.

Before you start

• A WhatsApp Business account
• A phone number that is not already in use on personal WhatsApp
• A verified Meta business profile for higher sending limits

Steps

1. Sign in. Log in to your Tourpublish dashboard and open Integrations.
2. Choose WhatsApp. Select WhatsApp, then Connect. You are sent to Meta to authorise Tourpublish.
3. Select your business number. Choose the WhatsApp Business number that should send tour cards, or register a new one.
4. Confirm the number. Enter the verification code Meta sends, then return to Tourpublish.
5. Pick the tours to publish. Choose the experiences you want to promote. Tourpublish attaches the KLNK booking link to every post automatically.
6. Publish and track. Publish from Tourpublish, then watch clicks and confirmed bookings for that channel in your dashboard.

Tips

• Use WhatsApp for warm audiences, returning guests, hotel partners and local concierges.
• Keep the first message short, one line and the KLNK.
• Save a link to your top tours so front desk partners can share them instantly.

Troubleshooting

The number is already registered

Delete the number from the personal WhatsApp app first, or use a different number for the business account.

Messages are limited

New WhatsApp Business accounts have low sending tiers. Complete Meta business verification to raise them.
