Frequently asked questions

Tourpublish is a platform that connects travelers with unique local experiences and tours. We partner with tour operators and creators to bring you authentic adventures around the world.

A KLNK is a shareable link to a tour or experience created by our verified creators. Creators curate and recommend tours they've personally experienced, making it easy for you to discover trusted adventures.

Tourpublish is available in multiple languages including English, French, Italian, Greek, Russian, Latvian, and Hindi. You can change your language preference in the menu at any time.

Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data. We never share your personal information with third parties without your consent. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.

You can reach our support team through the Contact page or by email at help@tourpublish.com. We typically respond within 24 hours.

Simply browse our selection of tours, click on one that interests you, select your preferred date and number of participants, and complete the booking process. You'll receive a confirmation email with all the details.

Yes, you can cancel or modify your booking through your account dashboard. Cancellation policies vary by tour operator, so please check the specific terms before booking. Most tours offer free cancellation up to 24-48 hours before the experience.

No printing required! Simply show your digital confirmation (email or mobile app) to the tour operator. Make sure your phone is charged and you have the confirmation accessible offline.

If an operator cancels a tour, you'll receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. We'll also help you find alternative experiences if you're interested.

Weather policies vary by tour type and operator. Most outdoor activities have contingency plans or offer rescheduling options. Check the specific tour's cancellation policy or contact the operator directly.

Many tour operators offer group discounts for larger parties. These are displayed on the tour page when available. Contact the operator directly for custom group pricing on very large bookings.

Age requirements vary by tour and are listed on each tour page. Some adventures may require minimum ages for safety reasons, while others are family-friendly for all ages.

Each tour listing clearly shows what's included and what's not. This typically covers guide fees, specified equipment, and mentioned meals or transportation. Always check the 'Included' section before booking.

Yes! During checkout, select the 'Gift this experience' option. You can choose to send the gift immediately or schedule it for a special date. The recipient will receive a digital gift voucher.

After completing a tour, you'll receive an email invitation to leave a review. You can also leave reviews through your booking history in your account dashboard. Honest reviews help other travelers make informed decisions.

Sign up as an operator, connect the reservation system you already run, and your tours import automatically. Our team reviews new operators within 2-3 business days before your inventory goes live on public channels.

No. Tourpublish sits on top of the system you already use. Bokun, Rezdy, FareHarbor, TicketingHub, CaptainBook, Bilberry and others stay your calendar of record, and availability is read live from them.

There is no monthly fee. The standard plan is a 6% fee on bookings made through Tourpublish. The Founding plan is a one-time contribution of 585 EUR that locks a 3% fee for the life of your account.

Yes. The 3% fee is tied to your account for as long as it stays open, not to a promotional period. It does not expire, and it is not re-priced if our standard rate changes later.

Tourpublish is your own distribution, not a marketplace listing, so it does not replace or breach your OTA agreements. Most operators keep their OTA channels running and use Tourpublish to shift the bookings they can win directly.

Bookings are collected through Stripe and paid out to your connected account on Stripe's standard schedule, with our fee deducted at the point of the transaction. You can see every booking and its attribution in your dashboard.

You do, under your own cancellation policy, exactly as you do today. The policy shown at checkout is the one attached to your tour in your reservation system, and refunds are processed back through the original payment.

You do. Bookings made through Tourpublish are your bookings, with the guest's details available to you. We do not resell your customer list or market competing tours to your guests.

Every KLNK is a separate tracked link. When a creator, partner or campaign drives a booking, it is recorded against that link, so you can see exactly which channel, creator or post produced the sale.

Tax on the tour itself remains your responsibility and follows your own setup in your reservation system. Our fee is invoiced separately, with VAT applied where required by your business location.

You can close your account at any time. There is no notice period and no lock-in contract. Your inventory lives in your reservation system, so nothing you rely on day to day depends on us.

Most operators are connected and publishing the same day. Importing from a supported reservation system takes minutes, and the longest part is usually reviewing which tours you want live on which channels.

Creators earn a commission for every booking made through their KLNKs. Commission rates vary by tour and are shown when you create a KLNK. Payments are processed monthly once earnings pass the minimum threshold.

Apply through the Creators page. You'll share your travel experience and where you publish, and we verify your accounts. We look for authentic voices who can genuinely recommend the tours they link to.

No. You are not acting as a travel agent and you never hold the booking or the money. You recommend a real tour, the operator delivers it, and you are paid a commission on what actually gets booked.

Anywhere you can share a link: Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube descriptions, Threads, Facebook groups, WhatsApp, Telegram, LINE, newsletters and your own site. Each one can be tracked separately.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) plus Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, and we never store your card details.

Yes. Card data goes directly to Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified provider, and never touches our servers. Every page is served over HTTPS.

Log into your account and open Settings to update your profile, payment methods and notification preferences. Changes are saved automatically.

You can request deletion from Settings, or through our data deletion page. We remove your personal data within 30 days, keeping only what we are legally required to retain for accounting records.
