How to connect LINE to Tourpublish

Reach LINE audiences in Japan, Taiwan and Thailand with the same tour content and booking link.

Before you start

• A LINE Official Account
• Access to the LINE Official Account Manager as an admin
• A Messaging API channel enabled for that account

Steps

1. Enable the Messaging API. In LINE Official Account Manager open Settings, Messaging API, and enable it for your account.
2. Copy your channel details. Note the channel ID and issue a channel access token in the LINE Developers console.
3. Connect from Tourpublish. Open Integrations, select LINE and paste the channel ID and access token.
4. Send a test broadcast. Use the test action in Tourpublish to confirm the connection before your first live post.
5. Pick the tours to publish. Choose the experiences you want to promote. Tourpublish attaches the KLNK booking link to every post automatically.
6. Publish and track. Publish from Tourpublish, then watch clicks and confirmed bookings for that channel in your dashboard.

Tips

• Broadcasts have monthly limits on free LINE plans, prioritise your highest margin tours.
• Localised copy performs far better on LINE than translated English.
• Rich messages with one clear image and the KLNK get the strongest tap through.

Troubleshooting

Invalid access token

Tokens can be reissued in the LINE Developers console. Issue a new one and paste it into Integrations again.

Broadcast blocked

You have likely hit the monthly message quota on your LINE plan. Upgrade the plan or wait for the reset.
