How to connect Instagram to Tourpublish

Post tour images and video to Instagram from Tourpublish, with a bookable KLNK attached to every post.

Before you start

• An Instagram professional account, business or creator
• The Instagram account linked to a Facebook page you administer
• Admin access to that Facebook page

Steps

1. Switch to a professional account. In the Instagram app go to Settings, Account type and tools, and switch to a business or creator account.
2. Link your Facebook page. In the same settings screen, connect the Instagram account to the Facebook page for your tour business.
3. Connect from Tourpublish. Open Integrations in your dashboard, select Instagram and authorise access to the linked page and account.
4. Confirm the account. Choose the Instagram account you want to publish to if you manage more than one.
5. Pick the tours to publish. Choose the experiences you want to promote. Tourpublish attaches the KLNK booking link to every post automatically.
6. Publish and track. Publish from Tourpublish, then watch clicks and confirmed bookings for that channel in your dashboard.

Tips

• Keep your KLNK in your bio as well, so older posts stay bookable.
• Reels drive the strongest discovery for tours, publish vertical video where you can.
• Use the same tour name in the caption as in your inventory so tracking stays clean.

Troubleshooting

Instagram does not appear after authorising

The account is probably still personal, or not linked to a Facebook page. Fix both, then reconnect.

Permissions expired

Meta access tokens expire periodically. Open Integrations and choose Reconnect to refresh access.
