Entry is per vehicle for seven days and covers both rims. The America the Beautiful annual pass pays for itself over three parks.
Hermit Road is closed to private cars most of the year and served by free shuttle. The Desert View drive stays open to vehicles.
In park lodges book out six to twelve months ahead. Tusayan, seven miles south, is the realistic fallback.
