Tourpublish is the publishing layer above your reservation system, not a reservation platform. Every tour operator should be able to publish everywhere from one place.

Publish bookable tour cards to your Telegram channel or group directly from Tourpublish.

## Before you start

- A Telegram channel or group you administer

- Permission to add an admin bot to that channel

## Steps

- **Sign in.** Log in to your Tourpublish dashboard and open Integrations.

- **Choose Telegram.** Select Telegram, then Connect. Tourpublish shows you the bot to add and a short verification code.

- **Add the bot as admin.** In Telegram, open your channel, go to Administrators and add the Tourpublish bot with permission to post messages.

- **Verify the channel.** Send the verification code in the channel, or paste the channel handle back into Tourpublish to confirm ownership.

- **Pick the tours to publish.** Choose the experiences you want to promote. Tourpublish attaches the KLNK booking link to every post automatically.

- **Publish and track.** Publish from Tourpublish, then watch clicks and confirmed bookings for that channel in your dashboard.

## Tips

- Give the bot only Post messages rights, it does not need to manage members.

- Public channels connect fastest because they have a @handle.

- Pin your best selling tour card so new members see it first.

## Troubleshooting

### Verification fails

Confirm the bot is an administrator, not just a member, then retry the code from Tourpublish.

### Posts are not appearing

Check that Post messages is still enabled for the bot. Telegram removes rights if the bot is demoted.
