Tourpublish is the publishing layer above your reservation system, not a reservation platform. Every tour operator should be able to publish everywhere from one place.

Publish tour posts to your Facebook page with the booking link attached, straight from Tourpublish.

## Before you start

- A Facebook page for your tour business, profiles are not supported

- Full admin access to that page

## Steps

- **Sign in.** Log in to your Tourpublish dashboard and open Integrations.

- **Choose Facebook.** Select Facebook, then Connect. You are sent to Facebook to authorise Tourpublish.

- **Grant page access.** Select the page you want to publish to and keep the page publishing permissions enabled.

- **Set your default page.** If you manage several pages, choose the one Tourpublish should publish to by default.

- **Pick the tours to publish.** Choose the experiences you want to promote. Tourpublish attaches the KLNK booking link to every post automatically.

- **Publish and track.** Publish from Tourpublish, then watch clicks and confirmed bookings for that channel in your dashboard.

## Tips

- Add your KLNK to the page Book now button so visitors can book without scrolling the feed.

- Posts with a single strong image and a short benefit line convert best.

- Business Manager pages need the connecting user to be an admin there too.

## Troubleshooting

### No pages listed during authorisation

You are signed in as a user without admin rights on the page. Ask a page admin to grant access, then reconnect.

### Publishing stopped working

Meta expires tokens after a period of inactivity. Choose Reconnect in Integrations to restore publishing.
